*We have general estimates for episodes based on their length and are general guidelines. More complex edits could take more time while simple requests can take less time. The estimated final turnaround time will be determined by the production team.

Active Requests

Active requests refer to the number of editing requests that our team is currently working on in your queue. At Podcast Monkey, our unlimited plans give you one active request at a time. Depending on your chosen plan, an active request can either be:

✅ Video podcast episode
✅ Audio podcast episode
✅ Reels, Shorts & Clips
✅ Thumbnails

It's important to note that the number of active requests you have does not limit the total number of requests you can make during your subscription. Only "In Progress" requests are counted towards the active request limit. Once a draft is sent for review, it is no longer considered active, and you editor will start the next edit in the queue.

If you need more active requests at a time, you can consider adding another subscription to your account or contacting us. By doing this, you can increase your editing output and have more requests being worked on simultaneously.

Turnaround times are all based on business days. Business days include Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm EST. Turnaround times do not include US holidays or weekends.

Delivery of your final files is dependent on receiving all your necessary recorded files, assets and written instructions before your editor begins production. All these files (recorded & written) must be submitted before your editor can begin editing your episode.

The turnaround time begins after you have submitted all necessary information for that episode in your client portal. Note: Editing does not start on purchase date but after you have submitted your episode request form inside your client portal.
