Turnaround times depend on the plan you are on and number of episodes you selected. Most episodes are completed in 2-3 days. See a full breakdown here. Meanwhile, complex edits, such as episodes with more than 2 tracks, longer than 60 mins can take more time.Turnaround times are all based on business days. Business days include Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm EST. Turnaround times do not include US holidays or weekends.

Revision fees are based on the number of minutes our team works on your episode. We provided a 15 minute grace period per revision request. If our team spends more than 15 minutes per revision, then you will be charged by the minute starting at the 16 minute mark. Podcast Monkey charges $3.50 per minute after the 15 minute grace period. Note, if Podcast Monkey is at fault for the revision then the fee is waived.
